All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.  Sincerely Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates your package has been delivered.  Sincerely Jewelry is not responsible for any of the following: unforeseen weather delays, technical issues within the shipping company, or the recipient not being available to sign for the package. If your package is sent back to Sincerely Jewelry for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your order.
