If an item is damaged within the first 90 days of receipt, we will cover the cost of repair, but are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item to and from the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused. If a repair is necessary after 90 days, we are happy to handle the repair for an additional charge plus the cost of shipping both ways. All repairs require prior authorization. Please email info@sincerelyjewelry.com to arrange the repair.  We are only responsible for your item(s) once we receive them.  We are not responsible if they get lost, damaged, mishandled and or stolen before they arrive.  We always recommend insuring your item as well as requiring a signature required upon receipt.
