SINCERELY offers free ground domestic shipping. 2-Day shipping is an additional $25, next day air is an additional $50.  All shipments are sent via FedEx insured and require a direct signature.

As each item is custom, please allow 2-3 weeks for order to be completed. Estimated delivery times for items are between 3-4 weeks. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
